Dahr • Earth & Era: Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Dahr • Earth & Era, we are committed to the secure and efficient delivery of your historical acquisitions. We utilize a transparent shipping structure designed to balance value and security.

1. Standard Shipping Service

We utilize USPS Ground Advantage as our primary domestic carrier.

Reliability: We choose this service for its exceptional track record, maintaining a successful delivery rate of over 99%.

Free Shipping: We offer Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $99.

Flat Rates: Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee as calculated at checkout.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

Processing: We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders within two (2) business days.

Variable Estimates: Please note that fulfillment and transit estimates are guidelines and not absolute guarantees. Timelines may change due to administrative requirements, carrier logistics, or external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Custom & Expedited Requests

We understand that some collectors may prefer specific carriers or specialized delivery tiers.

Requesting Alternatives: Customers may contact us via email before or immediately after placing an order to request an alternative shipping method or company (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS Registered Mail).

Buyer Responsibility: If a custom shipping method is requested, the buyer is responsible for the full amount of the shipping, insurance, and all related charges. We will provide an invoice for these costs, which must be cleared in full before the order is dispatched.

4. Liability & Tracking

Tracking: Every order is issued a tracking number upon dispatch.

Security: For high-value acquisitions, we may include Signature Confirmation at our discretion to ensure the secure hand-off of your package.

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is in the possession of the USPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for the physical transit. While loss is statistically rare, Dahr • Earth & Era is not liable for delays or errors caused by the carrier. We will assist you by providing all necessary documentation for any carrier-related claims.

5. Delivery Disputes

Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, our delivery obligation is complete. We are not responsible for theft or "porch piracy" at the delivery location.
